Reviews are personal opinions
Every review on GharScore is written by an individual based on their own experience. GharScore does not write, edit, or endorse any review. The views in a review belong to the person who wrote it — not to GharScore.
Ratings are one person's experience
A star rating reflects how one tenant felt about a property at one point in time. What matters most to one person may not matter to you at all. A low rating does not automatically mean a property is bad for your situation — and a high rating is not a guarantee. Use ratings as one input, not the only one.
We do not verify every claim
When we award the Verified Tenant badge, we have confirmed that the person rented at the property — not that every sentence in their review is factually accurate. Reviews without a Verified badge are community-submitted and have not been checked for factual accuracy. Read reviews critically.
Properties change over time
A glowing review from two years ago may not reflect how a property looks today. Landlords, management, and conditions change. Nothing on GharScore is a guarantee about a property's current state, safety, or suitability.
Always verify before you rent
GharScore is a useful tool — but it is not the only one. Before signing a lease, visit the property in person, speak to current or former tenants if you can, have the lease checked by a professional, and confirm all details directly with the landlord or agent. GharScore cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on information found here.
Listings may be incomplete
Property addresses, names, and details on GharScore are submitted by users. They may be outdated, incomplete, or occasionally wrong. We do our best to keep data accurate, but we cannot guarantee every listing.
We do not give professional advice
